**Responsibilities**
- Identify, understand and propose suitable products and solutions to meet customers’ needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the external business partner to address the needs of the customer
- Develop a strategy to engage customer
- Prospect and qualify new customers
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Update activities on CRM system
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience in handling B2B customers in the Digital Industry
- Strong resourceful & strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of technology solution would be added advantage
