We are seeking a warm, proactive **Customer Experience Executive** to ensure that every customer interaction is smooth, meaningful and memorable. You’ll be on the front line helping clients with inquiries, support and post-sale service.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve service issues with empathy and professionalism
- Guide customers on product usage, features or returns
- Record and report recurring issues to improve processes
- Contribute to FAQs, helpdesk articles or chatbot scripts

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or support roles preferred
- Excellent communication, patience and listening skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn service platforms
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM, helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus
