**Who we are looking for**:
Are you a flexible and passionate personnel with a positive attitude? If so, you might be a great fit for our company. We are a successful start-up and running the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore, with room for growth and we are looking for an Customer Experience Executive to support the playground day-to-day operations and assist in manage multiple communication platforms & channels.
**Your Roles**:
- Handle day-to-day enquiries and feedback from various channels
- Responsible for the logistics arrangements of the orders on various e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate and liaise with the various teams to resolve issues that arise
- Analyse the data collected from enquiries and feedback to improve the solutions available
- Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the teams when requested
**About You**:
- You have at least GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate
- You are able to communicate fluent in both English & Mandarin as need to communicate with China vendors
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words & Power Point
- You are patient, observant and customer service oriented
- You are flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
- You are a team player, and always put customer’s and company interest first
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field
- You are motived individual that like to explore new thing and learn new skills
