Aethir offers an infrastructure alternative that solves the cost and latency challenges associated with delivering premium GPU computational loads to latency sensitive industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of Aethir's Web3 strategy in alignment with our business objectives.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the Web3 ecosystem, including DAO governance models, smart contract technologies, protocol releases, cross-chain and Layer 1, 2, 3 technologies, and emerging narratives.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks related to DAO governance exploits, ensuring robust protection for our project and community.
- Oversee smart contract strategy, ensuring compliance with high standards of security and efficiency.Provide strategic advice on treasury management in line with Web3 principles to establish a sustainable financial ecosystem
- Actively engage with the Web3 community, representing Aethir in discussions, forums, and collaborations.
- Explore opportunities and risks in Tokenomics, Cryptoeconomics, Regulatory Compliance, NFTs, and DeFi, offering strategic insights to guide Aethir's involvement.
- Develop and maintain partnerships and alliances with other Web3 organizations, blockchain projects, and traditional entities venturing into the Web3 space.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive Web3 projects from concept to implementation, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve our objectives.
- Lead educational initiatives to enhance Web3 readiness and understanding within the organization.
- Conduct research projects to identify the latest market trends and developments in Web3.0 and the broader crypto ecosystem.
- Formulate data-driven recommendations for strategic directions within the company, including the exploration of new growth vectors and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency projects.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DAOs, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to keep up with the fast-paced, ever-changing web3 landscape.
