As **Content Strategist/Manager **, you will co-create and lead the narrative and content strategy across all channels, ensuring excellence in quality, consistency, and delivery. You will report to the Director of Communications and collaborate closely with the in-house Content and Product teams to execute Affyn’s brand and content strategy. You should possess a strong interest in gaming and/or Web 3.0 and a hunger for developing best-in-class content.

**Responsibilities:
- The Center of Excellence for all content formats under the Marketing Department's scope
- Create, review and edit content, mobilising storytelling opportunities on all channels including owned, earned, and paid platforms.
- Develop and manage Affyn's content calendar
- Work with internal and external stakeholders and collaborators to deliver content assets that are coherent with our brand voice and strategy.
- Identify and secure thought leadership opportunities for Affyn’s executives and related topics
- Support plans for media relations, seeking placements in print, broadcast, and online channels, and create the corresponding content including, but not limited to press releases, articles, and presentations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in production / content strategy
- Copywriting experience/content creation/writing background a must
- Possess a strong command in English (a secondary language will be a plus)
- Proven track record in developing and delivering content strategy approaches and translate business requirements into effective and engaging content for multi-platform usage
- Able to lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and internal brainstorms
- Have an editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Project management skills and attention to details
- Web3 and/or gaming background is preferred but not complusory
