**Marketing Strategist**

Battle Showdown (BSD) is a flagship multiplayer platform-shooter game powered by Ethlas. BSD leverages cross-IP & cross-chain interoperability across Web2 and Web3 IP projects, brands, guilds & communities, with the goal of providing a fun & rewarding casual gaming experience for its players.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive and coherent branding and marketing strategy to drive growth for Ethlas Studios and Battle Showdown.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights for campaign development and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure marketing initiatives align with product goals and enhance user experiences.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on investment.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to augment marketing capabilities and expand reach.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with a focus on business growth and brand strategy, preferably in the Web3 or gaming industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the B2C and B2B marketing landscapes, with experience in both segments.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms, with the ability to leverage data to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Creativity and a passion for driving innovation in marketing strategies.
- Ability to work well in fast-paced environments.
