**Job Description**:

- Participate in the design and development of the Company's services and products.
- Maintain accurate and efficient creation of all documentation and adhere to all company control processes.
- Contribute to the development of all company and dealer operating and administrative policies and procedures and ensure the achievement of all tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement the B2B Aftersales strategies within the Parts and Accessories business.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles, processes, and business solutions.
- Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis.
- Nurture new business opportunities and convert these opportunities into new revenue streams.
- Develop relationships with major stakeholders leading to access to projects and new business programs.
- Actively work to develop the professionalism and skill sets of your team members by creating and executing development plans.
- Maintain great relationships with customers through efficient warranty and complaint management.

Qualifications:

- Relevant technical sales experience of at least 2 Years, a proven record of accomplishment in the designated field
- Must be fluent in English.
- Technical competence with an engineering background.
- Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with a wide variety of people, up to very senior levels.
- Able to undertake all activities in a disciplined and professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and to work under pressure.
- Highly self-motivated and has the ability to work without supervision.
