**_JOB SUMMARY _**

**Base in Singapore**

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations across our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

**_WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING _**
- Lead and manage daily operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO based in Thailand to execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead and mentor the executive team to foster innovation, accountability, and high performance.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and public engagements.
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Cultivate a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and strategic goals.
- Report to the Board of Directors and provide regular updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.
- Work with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer, and other executives.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Travel regularly across APAC to support regional operations and stakeholder engagement.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in a CEO or COO role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in leading large-scale organizations or high-growth companies.
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Financial acumen and business analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Negotiation and decision-making under pressure
