**About the Role**:
We are a dynamic investment holding company with a diversified portfolio across Asia and the Middle East. We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team in Singapore. This role is pivotal for a professional with a strong background in operational leadership and cross-border business environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations across various investment sectors
- Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives aligned with the company's vision
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards
- Collaborate with regional teams in Singapore, India, and the Middle East
- Drive performance metrics and accountability systems
- Serve as a liaison between the executive board and operational units

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years in senior operational leadership roles, with experience in India and/or the Middle East
- Managed teams in India and the UAE
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Worked with a publicly listed company
- Familiarity with Indian exchanges and securities regulations
- Proven track record in investment holding companies, private equity, or asset management firms
- Experience in hiring and onboarding processes
- Minimum 2+ years working with regulated financial entities
- Minimum 2+ years experience with DIFC and ADGM
- Strong understanding of social media trends and ability to model relevant design strategies
- Experience in the securities and brokerage industry in India
- Must demonstrate potential to be appointed as a Director in a listed company within 3-5 years
- Minimum Master's degree from a top 5 University
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
- Based in Singapore or willing to relocate
