As a fast-growing regional logistics tech platform, we believe that people is the cornerstone of our success and future endeavours. We’re seeking a Chief Operating Officer to be the key owner of operational control procedures, rollout change initiatives and projects and be the first line of defence for all operational risk and incidence.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Enhance, streamline, and automate existing operational processes to ensure the business operates as efficiently as possible.
- Ensure all processes are scalable to support exponential growth.
- Oversee daily operations and establish pro-active monitoring solutions
- Maintain relationships with partners and vendors
- Drive and take ownership on the expansion/growth activities of the group
- Working with other c-level executives on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs
- Own operational budget and drive improvements to key top line and bottom-line indicators
- Supporting CEO in the capital raise process, and meeting, interacting and presenting information effectively to potential investors and private equity firms;
***Requirements**
- Experience managing a (30+ staff) mid-sized company’s human resources, finances, operations, and strategies in a leadership role
- Previous experience as a Senior manager or similar capacity for at least 4-6 years
- Outstanding budgeting and/or financially focused mindset
- Successful fundraising experience will be a plus
- Experience in working with local and offshore operations team to fulfil end-to-end operational needs will be beneficial
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making
- Experience in container logistics and tech will be an advantage
- Proven track record in developing and implementing vision of company through change management and strategic initiatives

***Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferred
- Prior team leadership experience
- Familiar with excel, power Bi and preparation of management reporting
- Versatile and knowledgeable in logistics and have sufficient experience handling operational incidents and policies implementation
