**What the role is**
- As part of the Singapore Green Plan 2030, the Government is actively encouraging enterprises to adopt solutions that would enable them to be more sustainable and energy efficient. The Government has developed the Energy Efficiency (EE) Grant for the Food Manufacturing, Food Service and Retail sectors as these sectors have been significantly affected by higher electricity prices, in terms of the impact on their overall business costs.
**What you will be working on**
**What we are looking for**
- Preferably with at least 3-5 years of management experience leading teams in a multi-stakeholder and / or in operations management / quality management. Familiarity with the public sector will be a plus point - Strong fundamental knowledge in the principles of governance, risks, and controls; able to evaluate risks and improve the governance process and internal controls through recommendations and sharing of best practices - Solid verbal and written communication skills in policy consultation, feedback management and management reporting - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to use data analysis tools would be an advantage - Highly self-driven, resourceful and possesses a positive attitude
