**Responsibilities**:
Business Development
- Lead the strategy, planning, development, and execution of all investor relations initiatives for the firm
- Actively originate, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, including major LPs, institutional investors, investment managers, financial

institutions, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, single/multi-family offices, U/HNW investors, etc., with the clear objective to raise new funds
- Communicate and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors through regular investor updates and responding to investors’ queries
- Develop and continuously update a high-quality suite of marketing materials including pitch decks, PPMs, etc. for investors in partnership with investment team
- Participate in meetings with senior investment professionals and investors
- Organize and participate in investor due diligence sessions and take responsibility for responding to investor DDQ and RFPs in partnership with investment team

Investor Reporting
- Author and distribute investor correspondence on fund performance and periodic investor updates of the firm and its investments
- Coordinate and oversee management of client communications
- Work with fund administrator and finance teams to develop high quality investor reporting materials, including quarterly reports, investor letters etc.
- Attend to ad-hoc investor queries, updates, and requests

Customer Relationship Management
- Establish, standardize, and employ industry best practices to effectively manage investor originations and the fundraising process by implementing a customer

relationship management (CRM) system
- Manage the firm’s online presence, including website, business-oriented social media, etc.

Product Development
- Work with senior management on new product development to ensure all product offerings (funds, co-investments, etc.) are aligned with best practices and address

market appetite
- Assess and research market opportunities for product gaps and positioning of new products

Subscription & KYC
- Lead client onboarding function and process investor subscriptions by working closely with fund administrators, legal and compliance teams internally and externally

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Finance, Marketing, or related field, preferably from top university
- Minimum 10 years of fundraising and client service experience at an investment/asset management firm, ideally in private equity/VC
- Demonstrable track record of successful fundraising for funds/platforms with strong relationship and network with investors (e.g., LPs, GPs, FIs, family offices, UHNWs, etc.)
- Knowledge of alternative investments and fund vehicles across key jurisdictions in Asia
- Excellent presentation drafting and copywriting
- Strong inter-personal and team-working skills and confidence to clarify ideas to counterparts and investors
- Demonstrated ability to harvest information from financial models, financial statements, legal documents, and investment team members
- Proactive approach with attention to quality and detail of work product
- High level of professionalism, work ethic, confidentiality, and integrity
- Strong written and oral communication. Fluent in English. An additional Asian language (e.g., Japanese, Vietnamese, Mandarin, etc.) is highly preferred
