**Responsibilities**:

- Marketing PCG’s products to institutional investors, and large corporates, maintaining relationships and communications with prospective and existing investors
- Work collaboratively with various teams within PCG to conceptualise new Funds and separate accounts
- Conduct market analysis, such as competitive analysis in the market, and incorporate into marketing materials
- Create and maintain pitchbooks and marketing materials
- Oversee and respond to investor queries and due diligence questionnaires
- Conduct roadshows, investor meetings, arrange and attend investor site-check trips

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years experience in capital raising, preferably in the real estate fund management industry
- Quantifiable track record of raising capital, real estate or private equity products
- A strong network of relationships across institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and endowment funds
- Sound knowledge of regulations related to fund management and marketing financial products
- Languages: Strong written and verbal command of English. Mandarin and Japanese language abilities are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including preparation and delivery of presentations
- Outstanding relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Able to adapt to fast changing environment, organized and detailed-oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive with respect to managing workload and new business origination
