Regional Head of Investor Relations

Investor Relations (IR) is a new function that has the primary responsibility of ensuring that the Ninja Van story is passionately and accurately communicated to the investment community. The Head of IR will work with senior management to formulate our equity story and overall investor relations strategy. You will be primarily responsible for developing and managing communications to the investment community as our spokesperson, and for maintaining close relationships with investors, research analysts and banks. The Head of IR will also represent the company at industry events and conferences, and be responsible for delivering our narrative in a wide variety of environments. The Head of IR will lead efforts in understanding market and competitive dynamics as it relates to our business, and play a key role in incorporating this into our long-term corporate strategy. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of IR will work closely with Group Reporting, FP&A, Legal / Compliance, and Corporate Affairs and Communications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and own the company’s investor relations and communications strategy
- Anticipate and address investor and analyst queries as it pertains to our strategy and financial results
- Target and maintain close relationships with key long-term shareholders and the broader investment community to both communicate Ninja’s vision and to understand market dynamics and its impact on our strategy
- Serve as the key point of contact for the investment community, analysts and media
- Participate in conferences, road shows, and investor meetings
- Develop press releases, investor presentations and other communication materials for quarterly results
- Oversee the timely preparation of annual reports and regulatory filings with our Finance and Legal and Compliance teams
- Work with Corporate Affairs to develop keys messages when the need arises (corporate actions etc) and manage communication with investment community, analysts and media
- Analyze market trends in eCommerce and logistics and its impact on how the investment community views our business
- Represent the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy

Minimum 10 years experience working in a capital markets related role**:

Experience in Investor Relations for a US-listed company, equity research, or equity, sales will be a plus**:

In depth understanding of US / global capital markets**
- Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- Fund raising or IPO execution experience will be a plus
- Data analysis and financial modeling skills will be a plus
- Highly personable and adaptable, with strong presence
- Works well with ambiguity and be able to drive processes forward
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high pressure environment
