ByteDance Supply Chain Risk Control and Business planning team supports the company's fast growing supply chain footprints, by managing global supply chain strategy, business control and data insight to make our customers successful.
We are seeking a high potential Data Analyst to join the Supply Chain risk control and business planning team. This position will help us to build our global supply chain data driven decision making capability, provide business insight and market intelligence to make sure we are a digital supply chain organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for Data SYS Supply Chain management operation performance index management; assist business and leadership team to monitor the weekly and monthly operation performance.
- Analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports, optimization suggestions and data insights. Drive execution with stakeholders to land improvement plan.
- Drive supply chain visibility and data driven decision making, improve supply chain data analysis efficiency and data value conversion, etc.
- Deep understanding of business details, quick response to needs, abstract modeling of data, and accumulation of supply chain industry data models.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Math, Statistics, or Computer Science, Operation Research, Supply Chain management related major
- 5 years of experience in data analysis or equivalent
- Experience in building dashboards and conducting quantitative analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Skilled in data manipulation with SQL, Python, R or other programming languages/tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Supply Chain related experience
- Experience in root cause analysis and driving optimization
- High energy, self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-growing environment
- Good communication skills, cross-team collaboration under global culture
