Job Overview:
As a Telemarketer for Vanguard Learning Lab Pte Ltd, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling online degree programs to prospective students. Our telemarketers are vital in identifying the educational needs of potential customers and providing them with solutions that enhance their career opportunities and personal growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a deep understanding of our academic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Problem Identification:
Engage in conversations with prospects to understand their educational needs, career goals, and potential barriers to further education.

Identify and articulate how their current situation can be improved through further education.

Solution Presentation:
Clearly explain the features, advantages, and benefits of enrolling in our online degree programs.

Tailor communication strategies to address the specific concerns and objections of each prospect.

Provide detailed information about course offerings, accreditation, duration, and cost.

Closing the Sale (Making Sense to Proceed):
Summarize the key points discussed and how our programs address the identified needs and goals of the prospect.

Follow-up and Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled.

Answer any further questions and overcome additional objections to facilitate decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.

Ability to understand and effectively communicate educational content.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

High level of self-motivation and energy.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

**Education**:
Minimum of an understanding in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
