The Arts Manager will be responsible to the principal for all administrative details related to the day-to-day operations of the centre and provide customer care services to students and their parents. Additionally, the staff will also assist in annual productions happening throughout the year.

Job Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out general admin duties.
- Meet and greet parents, students and visitors at the school.
- Provide proper information about school fees and programs
- Manage students' information
- Issue invoices, collections of school fees
- Maintain CRM systems and coordinate all reporting requirements.
- Filter and respond to enquiries from participants and parents
- Prepare relevant paperwork, such as registers, where required.
- Manage booking requests for studio hiring
- Preparation of documents for NAC grants and audits
- Create invoices and liaise with Finance Department regarding payments and following up on payments.
- Facilitating processes for up to 5 annual productions. Including schedules and production requirements.
- Assist with marketing postings and collateral designing.
- Process online ticket sales and assist with maintaining ticket sales lists
- Organise refreshments and assist with any other preparations such as signage, furniture etc.

Required Experience:

- Educated to A ‘Level or above
- Minimum of two year of administrative experience
- Excellent working knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills (Mandarin and English)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small office team
- Ability to establish good working relations at all levels of the Institution - with students, teachers, senior management, etc.
- Good organisation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines

Desirable Skills & Experience:

- Specific experience of working in a school, higher education or the arts
- Passionate about the arts, especially dance

Working Hours
- 40 hours /5 Day

Tentative schedule (including 1 hour break):
Monday - Off

Tuesday - 9am to 6pm

Wednesday -9am to 6pm

Thursday - 9am to 6pm

Friday - 1pm to 10pm

Saturday - Off

Sunday - 9am to 6pm

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
