Junior HR Executive

The Junior HR Executive is responsible for the areas of all HR functions and provides support for the overall department. He/she will be reporting to the HR Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Division Managers on staffing/manpower needs
- Review job descriptions and specifications, including salary packages
- Update and communicate Company’s HR Handbook, policies, and procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resources or Degree in Business Administration/ HRM with at least 1 year of relevant HR recruitment experience
- Possess good knowledge of the Employment Act and other statutory Acts related to HR
- Competent in MS Office
- Independent, resourceful, with good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated, and high sense of responsibility
