As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore._ **Working Location**: SmartOSC Singapore: 331 North Bridge Road, #22-01/06, Odeon Towers, Singapore 188720 **Key Deliverables and Responsibilities**: - Close deals to meet /exceed the assigned Sales Targets - Build a network and identify business opportunities (Networks & Events) - Travel to meet the prospects & clients in the region - Make sales presentations to the prospects - Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders - Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients - Manage customer data on the CRM system - Prepare weekly and monthly reports **Requirements**: - 10+ year experience in B2B Sales (preferably IT Services) with a proven track record - Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (to win deals) - Good negotiation, time management, presentation and problem-solving skills - Hard-working and self-accountable - Desirable (Good to have): - Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related position - Background in IT industry is preferred - Experience working with BFSI & Enterprise clients **What You Will Get?** - Work in an international environment with teams located in 7 countries - Take part in SmartOSC rigorous Business Events calendar of over 10 events annually, including our internationally recognized flagship event Meet Magento Asia - The deep insight of E-commerce, digital banking and enterprise-level retailers in various countries: Singapore, Thailand, US, UK, Australia At **SmartOSC**, we offer the bests to your values: - Hybrid working model - Attractive salary package: up to 8000 SGD/month plus commission, performance bonus - Performance review twice a year - Working in One of the largest Ecommerce Agencies in South East Asia - Professional English environment - Note: By submitting your resume for this position, you acknowledge that you consent to sharing your personal data with the company for storage and utilization purposes in accordance with legal regulations for recruitment._ Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
