As our B2B Customer Services & Sales Support Specialist, you are the extension of our sales team. You collaborate closely with our sales managers and you take care of developing and adding value to the relationships with our B2B customers. You commit to managing and maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty and profitability throughout the customer order process.

This position is based in our Singapore office (International Business Park) and reports to the Regional Customer Services Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate order entry and confirmation send to customer in compliance with ISO standard.
- Act as the main contact point for Korean customers
- Ensure all orders are checked against forecast, inventory and price before order entry
- Work closely with the respective factory logistics team for shipment arrangement and keep customer updated
- Vessel track and trace
- Monitor all open orders closely and ensure timely shipment.
- Support sales with small order quotation.
- Daily monitoring of open orders and ensure all orders invoice within the month.
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Support Korea sales team as and when required
- Assign to project when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a customer services position in a B2B environment (preferably manufacturing / supply chain)
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Able to multitask and dealing with unexpected
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana
- Command of the Korean Language is beneficial
