**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales through existing product lines within the Southeast Asia market (Singapore, South Malaysia, Batam, and Bintan).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential customers.
- Collaborate with management and technical service departments to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and other required documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles, preferably within the engineering plastics industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving aptitude.
- Good command of English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts).
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in interpreting and illustrating technical drawings (2D/3D/AutoCAD, etc.).
- Possession of a Class 3 Driving License and own car.
- Ability to travel as required.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
