**Job Description**:

- Develop new business and clients in both local and international markets, particularly in the forwarding and logistics industry.
- Market and promote company services effectively to potential clients.
- Conduct swift follow-up and negotiations to secure business deals.
- Maintain excellent business relationships with new clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align activities with sales targets.
- Manage weekly and monthly sales pipeline reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Review sales quotations and proposals before submission to clients to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments to minimize bad debts.
- Assist sales teams in strategizing on sales opportunities and acquiring new accounts.
- Support sales team in negotiation for complex deals.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals to contribute to the company's growth.
- Analyze sales activities, sales reports, and sales pipeline data from CRM system to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to offer appealing, customer-driven, and cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Ensure smooth and complete execution of logistics solutions for customers.
Qualifications & Experience:

- At least 5 years of sales experience in the forwarding and logistics industry.
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- Good understanding of logistics concepts and ability to offer solutions and value-added propositions at the most efficient cost for customers.
- Professional sales and managerial certifications will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess own vehicle.
