Tomie Technologies is an innovative technology company with a mission to transform enterprise operations across the world. Our proprietary ERP suite integrates CRM, SCM, HRM, and FM with sustainability and governance features.

We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who can drive growth, build brand presence, and lead inclusive affiliate initiatives.

*Location:* Singapore

*Type:* Full-time

*Reports to:* Director

*Responsibilities*

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for ERP solutions.
  • Own the full sales funnel: lead generation, nurturing, and closing.
  • Create and manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, SEO, email).
  • Build and support an affiliate network.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align messaging and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales enablement materials: pitch decks, brochures, case studies.

*Requirements*

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing and sales, preferably ERP or enterprise software.
  • Experience in Asia and/or GCC markets and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, SCM, HRM, and FM systems.
  • Passion for inclusive hiring and social impact.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
