We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Specialist, Expense Management.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Key responsibilities are to monitor and control company’s expenses within the budget and costs are properly budgeted and allocated to each business units.
- Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Planning and collecting data from various departments for budgeting and forecasting of business expenditure
- Develop and maintain robust expense tools and effective budget models
- Provide monthly financial performance analysis to business units
- Prepare monthly closing (review actual spending and prepare accruals)
- Provide monthly management reports for local and group
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree in accountancy or finance
- At least 3 to 4 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge and/or proficient in MS Excel and python or VBA will be preferred
- Resilience and drive
- Committed, meticulous and self-motivated
- Excellent team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Time management
