**Home Leave**: 11 days for every 9 weeks of work

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Policy Development**: Create and execute expense management policies to meet organizational goals.
- **Data Analysis**: Maintain a cost data system to analyze trends and support strategic decisions.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Identify and address operational bottlenecks with actionable solutions.
- **Management Systems**: Implement management practices to align with organizational growth.

**Key Tasks**:

- Develop and enforce expense management policies and procedures.
- Review and authorize expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze expense data to identify trends and optimize costs.
- Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions on expense management protocols.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with expense management standards.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
- **Teamwork**: Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of expense management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management or budgeting, preferably in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with enterprise operational management systems and performance evaluation methodologies.
- Proficiency in management reporting tools.
