**Sales Support Executive Position Overview**:
As a Sales Support Executive, you play a crucial role in the sales team by providing support to ensure smooth sales operations. Collaborate with sales reps, customers, and internal departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. The main goal is to boost sales process effectiveness, meet targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**I. Administrative Support**:

- _Manage calendars_
- _Schedule appointments_
- _Organize meetings_
- _Prepare and distribute sales documents_
- _Maintain records of sales activities_

**II. Customer Service**:

- _Responsibilities include customer inquiries, requests and complaints resolution._
- _Foster strong customer relationships with professionalism and responsiveness._

**III. Sales Coordination**:

- _Assist sales representatives with pipeline management, lead tracking, and follow-ups._
- _Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales order execution._
- _Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation and customer acquisition strategies._

**IV. Data Management and Analysis**:

- _Use CRM software for customer data management, sales tracking, and analysis._
- _Generate sales reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements for decision-making and sales strategies._

**V. Sales Support Projects**:

- _Special projects to improve sales success_
- _Contribute ideas for process enhancements_
- _Stay updated on industry trends and competitors_

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
- Skilled in communication, building rapport, and issue resolution.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Having a positive attitude, being collaborative, and going the extra mile for success.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
