Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and consultation.
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of customer payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and showroom inventory.
- Support with sales reporting, follow-ups, and team coordination.
- Acquire sales opportunities/leads through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Respond to customer inquiries (in-person, phone, or email) promptly and professionally.
- Always ensure the showroom excellency.
- Monitor stock levels of goods within the showroom
- Support absented Sales Admin with daily tasks

- Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
