Demand and Supply Specialist

• Working location: Central Area
• AWS + Variable Bonus provided
• Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

A MNC company in the Semiconductor industry is hiring for Demand and Supply Specialist to handle all inventory and supplier related tasks relating to e-commerce sales.

You will report to the Business Development Manager of Business Unit Division and will be responsible for the following activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement.
• Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expand product line-up.
• Good understanding of when to place order for new stocks to prevent over-inventory.
• Minimize Out of Stock by actively monitoring stock inventory, replenish accordingly.
• Work closely with suppliers for On-Time Delivery and expedite when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary.
• Maintenance or update product master database.
• Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
• Collect statistics and generate reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree preferably in Business / Supply-chain/ Data-analytics or related.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in demand planning experience.
• Experience in Stock Management / Supply Chain Management
• Possess high energy and result oriented.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Good time management skills and team player

• Competency in MS Office skills is required.
