Business Development Executive

**Position Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for driving client engagement and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives during regular business hours. Your analytical skills and keen attention to detail will help us cultivate strong client relationships and achieve our business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Engagement**:
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through strategic outreach and relationship development.
- Foster and maintain relationships with current clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
**Sales Analysis**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies that support our business objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services and the competitive landscape to effectively convey their value to clients.
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to highlight our offerings.
**CRM Management**:
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Analyze data to inform sales strategies and forecast upcoming trends.
**Customer Support**:
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Gather client feedback to enhance our offerings and boost customer satisfaction.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotional efforts.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Local diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
