As the Sales Administration, he/she shall play a key role in assisting in Sales, human resource management and general administration of the company. This position offers excellent opportunities to acquire skills in all organisational administration in a vibrant environment.
- Manage the general administration of the company including assisting in sales management, ability to sell company products and services
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Liaise with the Operation department to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform ad-hoc duties if necessary
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Be resourceful, problem-solving, meticulous, organized and close attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator in similar field
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to perform in fast paced environment & multi-tasking
- Able to perform all task independently without supervision
- Able to start work immediately
