
Sales Administrator

**Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with processing sales orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating logistics with customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure all internal documentation is up to date.
- Communicate with both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales contracts.
- Support in organizing sales meetings, events, and other related activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales department.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:Minimum of a college diploma or higher.
- **Language Skills**:Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- **Experience**:At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
