The Global Monetization Integrity (MI) team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform.
Working very closely with the HRBPs, Business Leaders, as well as Talent Acquisition Centre, the Talent Operations Partner will provide expert coordination and support to the MI HR team by:
- Building and developing relationships with key cross functional partners for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, helping to define new operational strategies, working with leaders on special projects
- Serving as liaison between TA, HRBPs, Business Leaders
- Overseeing daily operations through collaboration with key stakeholders
- Designing and updating key people metrics dashboards
- Leveraging insight, data and feedback to run future planning exercises for the HR/TA team
- Developing, writing and editing HR communications materials, including messages, announcements, videos and other creative formats
- Performing administrative and programmatic tasks
- Minimum 4 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Operations, Program Manager or Consulting
- Ability to work with data, strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- An expert team collaborator with strong relationship-building and leadership skills
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- Well organized, versatile, and dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives across teams and regions
- Proven experience organizing and aligning multiple teams and departments
- Solutions oriented with an ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and sometimes ambiguous growth environment
- Experience in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels a plus
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Premiere, and making TikToks a plus
