Job Posting Title Manager Marketing **Job Description**: The Manager Marketing is responsible for leading a team that creates consultant, sales and/or retention marketing plans. This role drives the execution of quality marketing and communication pieces, as part of an overall marketing strategy, to meet Prime Therapeutics’ business and member experience objectives. **Responsibilities**: - Create marketing plans that will make an impact, support the brand, meet the needs of internal or external stakeholders and drive sales of Prime’s products, programs and services - Collaborate with key partners across Marketing and Prime to ensure marketing efforts are current, relevant, and in alignment with Prime’s strategic direction - Review and approve all marketing communication pieces to ensure they align with Prime’s style and corporate brand, and that Prime’s position and key messages are consistent - Provide work direction and manage the performance of staff to ensure marketing communication objectives are achieved - Prioritize work and manage multiple projects and initiatives to meet deliverable dates - Lead a team of marketers to develop and support materials, communications and the cross-functional marketing goals - Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development, and consistently demonstrate Prime’s leadership expectations during interactions with direct reports, cross functional and external stakeholders - Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required - 6 years of work experience in marketing, with focus on product marketing or new business development - 1 year of leadership/people management experience - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution and listening - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications - Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health care experience - Brand development and positioning experience - Sales and account management experience - Experience working at or with a health plan provider Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure - Reports to Director or Sr Director in the Marketing department Potential pay for this position ranges from $91,100.00 - $145,300.00 based on location, experience and skills.
