Crypto Marketing Manager

This is a newly created role which will be part of the Bitcastle team. Bitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. As we expand and take a more active approach to global expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to spearhead our global marketing.
As marketing manager, your main duties will be to manage global marketing efforts for the group.
- Be responsible for all marketing efforts and create the overall marketing strategy for Bitcastle with clear objectives and measurable results.
- Manage the creation of global marketing efforts and advertising campaigns across various social media and digital platforms.
- Manage a team of marketers and ensure all KPI and KGI are met
- Use analytical tools to measure and report on the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Leverage insights from trend and information analysis to optimize advertising spend and performance based on goals.
- Other related tasks as assigned by the company as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in all aspects of digital marketing, from organic marketing channels to advertising
- Experience in strategic marketing and full life cycle marketing
- Experience in cryptocurrency web advertising or digital marketing operations
- Able to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
**Preferences**
- Has knowledge and interest in the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain
- Pays attention to detail and has the ability to perform work to a high standard
- Has the ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with others, and deal smoothly with a variety of stakeholders even in remote settings
- JLPT N2 and above
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
