Enabling shared accountability and collaboration at scale** Provide transparency of data and progress needed to effectively simulate reduction scenarios, track initiatives and build a credible path to Net Zero The venture is backed by one of the world’s largest food and agri companies and global leader in climate action and sustainability. With their significant strategic advantage and secure funding, the venture is uniquely positioned to drive profit with purpose; scaling positive climate impact for humanity and the planet while generating outsized financial returns. This position will report directly to the Chief Experience Officer and it will be a "roll-up-your-sleeves" position that requires a high-energy, well-rounded leader who can effectively pursue growth opportunities while helping to build and diversify Terrascope’s marketing capabilities. The role This role is based in Singapore You will: - Analyze market and competitor activity, current events, and climate news to inform and continually optimize our marketing strategy - Define and execute the SEO strategy, including top-quality link building strategy, and ensure that SEO best practices are applied across the full business - Be the product owner of the Terrascope website, and working closely with comms, design, content and engineering to improve performance and experience - Run multi-channel marketing programs (digital, hybrid, & in-person) from planning to execution and beyond that successfully engage key customer profiles at our target accounts - Share accountability for lead generation and pipeline targets, with a data-driven approach to optimizing our messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans, and ensure seamless integration with our CRM - Test new growth channels and use lean experiments online and offline to identify what works, allocate budgets and constantly optimize activities to improve return on investment, maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale customer leads - Be the source of truth for all marketing metrics, helping the rest of the Terrascope team understand marketing’s impact by creating dashboards, tracking our metrics, and reporting on the effectiveness of our programs - Co-develop and implement a multi-channel thought leadership program, leveraging Terrascope’s network of climate experts, customers, technical leaders and external partners - Help build a diverse, ambitious, creative, and high-achieving marketing team We’re looking for someone who has: - Significant experience in growth marketing, with at least 8+ years owning and driving measurable results across multiple audiences and geographies - Built marketing operations and systems from scratch, including designing and implementing marketing funnels and attribution models, resulting in efficiency and scale - A solid working understanding of the moving pieces of enterprise B2B go-to-market strategy and marketing automation tools for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance - A customer-first mindset that translates into crisp, differentiated messaging & positioning; uniquely compelling events; and consistently stellar experiences across every touchpoint - A desire to get creative and experiment with new ideas, tactics, and opportunities that are deeply rooted in data - Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments with a bias for action and getting things done, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams involving sales, customer success, product, design, engineering and operations - A deep (and a little nerdy?) interest in how software products work, particularly in the climate space, combined with a growth mindset - Outstanding communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills - Confidence in sourcing, managing and teaming across in-house, external agency and freelance resources - Ideally, prior experience in climate or sustainability related industry or a real passion to drive positive climate impact **Why work with us**: - Tackle the greatest challenge of our generation and make a real difference in the world - Enjoy the upside of working in an early stage startup environment backed by the financial security and strategic advantage of a cor
