- Lead sales and business development activities within the designated area.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Engage in commercial and technical discussions to understand and meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with customers and design engineers to tailor products to specific needs.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and strategies to increase market share.

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience, with established contacts in the Marine, Oil & Gas, Petrol Chemical, Utilities, Power Plants sectors, and with EPC contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Possess own personal transport.
