Service Support Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Daily checking of commercial pipelines for any new and upcoming robot deployments
- Assignment of Field Service Engineers for deployment processes and making necessary adjustments to resource allocation when necessary (e.g. to cater for any last minute, more prioritized deployments)
- Arrange for customer User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and handle the UAT documents properly
- Arrange for customer trainings (Robot handling, Software platform) and related logistics
- Prepare for robot Go-live by obtaining relevant customer information and remote operator instructions
- In-charge of retrieving Robot Performance Reports for customers (eg. weekly, monthly, specific period)
- Backup/cover for other Service Support Administrator as needed for day-to-day operations
- Take on various ad-hoc duties as required to support robot operations, coordinating deliveries and providing robot operational support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
