**Office Hours : 9.30AM to 5.30PM, Every Mon to Fri**

**Job Scope**:

- Receiving Incoming Calls
- Call customers to confirm delivery dates
- Liase with technicians for schedule
- Arrange Schedule internally/externally
- Work closely with sales team and accounts team
- Handle paperwork, on softwares/excel
- Printing and filing paperwork

**Requirement**:

- Neat and tidy work outfit
- Punctual for work
- Polite and patient customer service
- Willing to assist sales person to attend clients if needed
- Best with experience for min.1 year in administrative work

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Desktop administration: 1 year (preferred)
