Temporary Staff Management: - Collate bimonthly temporary staff requisition request from all divisions - Seek and consolidate assessment of temporary staff requisition requests for management approval. - Answer to divisions' temporary staff requests and enquiries - Liaison point between hiring divisions and recruitment agencies - Process monthly e-invoices for temp staff salaries by recruitment agencies - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for temp staff - Manage temporary staff record - Process timesheet and payroll - Prepare for employment contract for temp staff Recruitment operations: - Schedule recruitment interviews - Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g. get time slots, book room, contact - Administer reference checks - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Job Requirements - Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent - Preferably >3 years of relevant experience - Possesses good organisational skills and is meticulous - Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and a team player
