Job Scope:
- To lead the Engineering Team in the daily operations and maintenance of Automatic Fare Collection System (include communications network, power infrastructure, etc) and hardware maintenance
- Develop SOPs and processes for the operational team
- Handle equipment performance monitoring, manage workaround solutions and mitigating measures to minimise transition risk that may arise from rolling out new hardware / software / products
- Manage equipment deployment, in line with the company’s business plan
- Collaboration with BUs in R&D of new equipment
- Participate in business process engineering and continual improvement projects and deliver technical solutions
- Responsible for Asset Management including planning, quality assurance and inventory management
- Any other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Possess equipment maintenance experience in Team Lead / Managerial capacity
- Possess experience in Automatic Fare Collection System
- Possess experience in hardware designing of electro-mechanical equipment
- Possess project management and stakeholder / vendor management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a customer-oriented environment
- Proficiency in ISO55000 and ISO31000 is advantageous
