To support our growing operations, we're looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

What you'll be doing

  • Stock Handling: Receive, check, and organize incoming goods accurately.
  • Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for retail stores and online deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.
  • Stock Transfer: Coordinate and prepare stock transfers between warehouse and outlets.
  • Quality Control: Inspect items for defects, damages, or inconsistencies before dispatch.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Logistics Support: Assist with deliveries, courier arrangements, and shipment tracking.
  • Basic Administration: Update stock records and assist with simple inventory documentation when required.

What we're looking for

  • 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations preferred (entry-level candidates welcome).
  • Physically fit to handle light to moderate loads (up to 15kg).
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel or inventory software) is an advantage.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work well in a team environment.

Working Hour:

  • 5.5Days Week. Weekday (8:30am-5:30pm), Sat(9am-1pm)
