Responsibilities:

  • Receive and arrange outgoing goods
  • Do monthly stock taking
  • Prepare outgoing shipment
  • Co-ordinate with customers' forwarders/warehouse for pick-up
  • Prepare and despatch shipping documents to customers
  • Assist in admin duties such as filing and data entry
  • Adhoc duties as instructed by supervisor/managemen

Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary education
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
  • Able to use PC
  • Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Able to work diligently and independently
  • Able to carry at least 20kg carton
