**Responsibilities**
- Perform day to day administrative duties.
- Generate and process invoices, payments, credit/debit notes etc.
- Ensure all AP/AR/GL are recorded properly.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Able to handle partial/full set of accounts.
- Perform data entry into accounting system.
- Prepare and be responsible for GST Filing.
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
- Update annual and medical leave records, ensure leave accuracy and proper documentation.
- Any other ad hoc job duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferable.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Responsible, good working attitude, proactive, minimum supervision and willing to learn new skills.
- Able to commence work within short notice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month
