As an IT Support Specialist, the incumbent will be part of our in-house IT team who will be responsible in performing endpoint device deployment and management. The incumbent will also support the Regional and Global IT team in any projects and assignments as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Endpoint device deployment and management.
- Perform Endpoint support for members who work in the office or work remotely.
- Perform system administration and management.
- Assist in server administration and daily maintenance.
- Monitor and maintenance of desktops, servers, network devices and peripherals.
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
- Perform Server Room routine health checks and regular maintenance.
- Participate in problem management; assist with regular inspection and maintenance of IT asset management, information systems and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (debug, repair, mitigate, replace,).
- Working with the Regional IT team and Global IT team for any projects and assignments as required.
- Undertake ad-hoc IT-related tasks as required.

Requirement:

- Higher Diploma or above, major in computer science and technology or related fields.
- Degree, major in computer science and technology will be an advantage.
- Professional qualification (ITIL and PMP) will be an advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT support for desk side and server side.
- Working experience in medium-sized enterprises or cross-regional group companies is preferred.
- Good customer service awareness, communication skills and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and learning ability.
- Ability to be a self-starter and self-paced.
- Capable of working independently with less supervision.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
