**Job Summary**

This position will report to the Head, HR Singapore and support the HR head in building and promoting a successful customer focused HR Shared Services. The HR Shared Services Manager has overall responsibility for the design and successful delivery of HR transactional processes, as well as leading the progression of the function and the broadening of the scope of services provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver an accurate and timely service to the broader HR team/s, and to continually drive for improvements in the team’s performance.
- Ensure the HR services are delivered in line with company’s policies and relevant legislation requirement.
- To provide a seamless and accurate delivery of HR services to fulfil internal and external service level standards.
- Ensure execution of HR Operations related processes according to standard procedures requirements.
- Support in existing processes and to streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
- Maintenance of the latest HR policies, internal workflows, processes and HR information on Sharepoint.
- Responsible for data integrity in systems and ensure appropriate and relevant audit controls are in place.
- Administer key HR processes including but not limited to onboarding, employees’ contract renewal, benefits, and termination.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR inquiries/ requests for our stakeholders regarding benefits, policies, employee data, HR processes and HR systems.
- Partner with HRBP for the executions of HR related tasks.
- Assist with the documentation of internal HR processes and controls as applicable.
- File employee-related documentation and maintain employee files and records.
- Responsible for the staffing and on boarding of DL resources in our various Singapore sites
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum possess of a degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of HRSS work experience.
- Familiarity with shared services operating model.
- Possess of good stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in HRIS and SAP system.
- Excellent customer service skills
