**Overview**:
We are partnering with a reputable organization to hire a **Senior/Executive **who will play a key role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of a 24/7 contact centre. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic and meaningful environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:Oversee staff rostering, leave planning, and daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Feedback and Quality Improvement**:Resolve escalated feedback and drive initiatives to enhance service standards and efficiency.
- **Reporting and Communication**:Prepare performance reports and share key updates with the team and management.
- **Resource and Budget Management**:Support budgeting processes and monitor resource utilization effectively.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **No prior experience required; training will be provided.**:

- Familiarity with contact centre processes and systems is a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage.
