**Working Hours**

Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

**Responsibilities**
- Devise strategy to improve the quality of customer service processes, gain a cost advantage and drive innovation projects
- Set clear team goals, oversee day-to-day operations and monitor team performance
- Sound understanding of call centre operations, with knowledge of customer service and enquiry-handling processes
- Maintain Data Centre standards, procedures and day to day infrastructure performance issues
- Previous personnel management experience with service/technical fields within Call Center environment or tech/service/sales industry
- Moderate understanding of business process improvement methods
- Familiarity with project management

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales, Marketing, Services
- A team player, task oriented and possess good communication skills and customer service skills
