**THE COMPANY**

Richemont Luxury Singapore is a fully owned subsidiary of Richemont and is the platform on which some 13 Maisons conducts operations in Singapore and coordinates their business for the whole South Asia: 6 direct markets (Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam on the top of Singapore) and export markets in ASEAN.

**THE POSITION**

Based in Singapore, the Brand Controller, Cartier Singapore (including ASEAN export markets) and Vietnam, will be responsible for key areas of annual budget, rolling forecasts and latest estimates, strategic plans, regular financial KPI reporting, fixed asset investment requests, cashflow management, and Maison compliance, with regional consolidation for Cartier Southeast Asia and Oceania markets.

This position is an autonomous role leading financial planning and controlling activities of Singapore (including ASEAN export markets) and Vietnam markets and reporting to the FP&A Manager, Cartier Southeast Asia and Oceania. The position is a member of the Richemont FP&A community of APAC and SEAO FP&A initiatives, promoting best practices, and elevating professional competency of the Finance function. The position has no direct report.

**KEY R**ESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Safeguard the financial objective through both P&L and assets of the Maison by maintaining the independent view of Finance in business decisions
- Key contributor of budgeting and rolling forecast processes of Cartier, key contact between head-offices and the 2 markets in Singapore (including ASEAN export markets) and Vietnam, to drive financial planning and monitoring of targets and KPIs
- Monitor business and cost trends across markets, analyse financial impacts of budget/ forecast deviations, and recommend corrective measures
- Drive insightful analysis and financial visibility to enable strategic and operational decisions
- Conduct the feasibility and profitability test of Maison’s existing and future projects
- Promote financial discipline within the Maison teams, ensure quality of the financial forecasts, and compliance of corporate finance policies
- Secure Maison compliance in every business touchpoint of Cartier at the local level referring to the Group and Maison policies and procedures
- Support APAC FP&A initiatives by bringing functional efficiency and elevating the quality of reporting and financial monitoring
- Conduct regional financial consolidation for the sub-markets in the Cartier Southeast Asia and Oceania region

**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**:

- A university degree from a recognized tertiary educational institution
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in controlling or FP&A
- A track record of working independently and autonomously in senior single contributor roles
- Strong business partnering skills with commercial stakeholders (market managing directors and various commercial departments)
- Working experience in matrix organization is highly valued; experience in retail industry is an advantage
- Experience with SAP ERP, SAP Business Object and Anaplan is a plus
- Strong technical skills in managing high volume data complexity
- Highly process-driven and systematic in approach
- Strong sense of anticipation to build and update work retro-planning
- A sharp intellect with curiosity; ability to be proactive, make decisions, problem-solve, and adapt to change
- Strong leadership and executive presence in driving the Maison financial planning process
