**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**:

- As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will respect the image and the client service policy of the Maison
- You will record clients’ data, create, and attribute the notification to boutique/workshop/repair center
- You will advise clients on the suggested service and product sales and technical aspects
- You will maintain a close relationship and ensure regular communication with the CS Manager to provide feedback and ideas/initiatives on client development
- You will follow up with clients’ files in collaboration with the CS administrator and other stakeholders and be responsible for the good flow on RO steps
- You will fill, organize, and maintain all documents related to Sales, Stock, Transfers, Repairs, and other boutique documents and follow-up on stocks and inventories

To contribute to team success, you:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very rigorous, Interpersonal skills, empathy, confidence, strong solution driver, client focused and good team-player
- Knowledgeable about Watchmaking, and Jewelry techniques and Cartier products
- Sales abilities
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English, 3rd language appreciated

**YOUR JOURNEY WITH US**:

- After being shortlisted, you will first meet the HRBP to get to know YOU and give you a preview of the team dynamics and company culture
- Subsequently, you will be meeting with the Boutique Director to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role. He will also share potential growth opportunities should you be successful in this position
- Finally, you will meet with the Commercial Director to find out more about how we operate and an opportunity for you to ask questions about the business and the Maison
