Our client is a **global medical device manufacturer** and they are looking for a **Field Service Engineer** to coordinate leasing projects, scheduling and performing of Preventive Maintenance, provide on-site technical support, installation and commissioning for the entire company’s medical device portfolio.

**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Scheduling and performing of Preventive Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning.
- Provide on-site Technical and after-sales support upon activation.
- Communicating and liaising with vendors to coordinate leasing projects.
- Assist with in-house Repairs as when required.
- Proactive in Maintaining high level of business relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper and accurate documentations of Service Reports and Checklists with compliance to GDPMDS requirements.
- Maintaining and updating of Technical Service activity tracker and Project Install Base
- Any other additional duties not listed above which may be deemed as appropriate by the Field Service Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Min 3-5 years’ experience in Medical Device or Biomedical Engineering industry**:

- **Good experience with on-site troubleshooting and fault investigation**:

- **Possess valid Class 3 Driver's License and MUST own a car ($1,000 monthly for Transport Allowance)**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively without compromising deadlines
- Ability to work on-site independently and as a team
- Willing to go the extra mile to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Proficient with Microsoft office and other Engineering software

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Medical Device or Biomedical Engineering industry: 3 years (preferred)
- on-site troubleshooting and fault investigation: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (required)
